I officially left my teenage years behind me.
That’s right, I’m now 20.
Though it’s only one more than 19, it sounds much older, at least to my ears. I think it really might have something to do with the absence of teen.

Happy Birthday! Gotta warn you, though, I’m finding that the insecurity of being a young kid surrounded by older kids doesn’t go away. Oh and good luck with the Evergreen this semester, you’ll do great.
